Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer - Production Optimization at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimizing production operations to achieve best-in-class performance in safety, quality, and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing systems and processes to support business growth and improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure effective implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, including process automation, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant country health and safety legislation, including PSSR, LOLER, PUWER, HASAW 1974, SEVESO/COMAH, and ATEX.
- Commissioning and Management of Change: Lead and participate in the commissioning and management of change for new processes and technologies.
- Education: Engineering degree.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a hazardous manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Working knowledge of management of relevant country health and safety legislation, experience of computer maintenance management systems, and regulatory understanding.
