Job Summary:

Rivertech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Captain to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with nautical regulations, managing crew performance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all nautical-technical concerns, including navigation, maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures to minimize risk and ensure crew well-being.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of crew members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless vessel operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nautical laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of nautical rules and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisive decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with crew and passengers.
  • Quick response to emergencies.
