Industrial Operator

You will be working as an Industrial Operator at Pro Industry, a company that specializes in mixing, packaging and filling various household products. Your duties will include operating, setting up and maintaining the machines and production equipment. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all equipment works safely and produces optimal results. This will be achieved by performing preventive and predictive maintenance and simple repairs. You will also be responsible for checking the quality of the goods produced.

Job Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating, setting up and maintaining the machines and production equipment.
• Performing quality checks and ensuring compliance with production standards.
• Performing maintenance work on machines.
• Registering production data and reporting to the team leader.
• Collaborating with fellow operators and other team members to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

To be able to work within this growing company, you will need to meet certain requirements:

• Experience as an Operator is an advantage.
• You should be proficient in English or Dutch, both spoken and written.
• You should be willing to work in 2 shifts and be open to working 3 shifts in the future.
• You should have technical insight and problem-solving ability.
• You should have accuracy and an eye for detail.
• You should be a team player with good communication skills.

Employment Conditions

You can expect the following employment conditions:

• Salary indication between € 3,000.00 and € 3,600.00 gross per month, including allowances, depending on experience.
• €0.21c per km in travel costs.
• If you perform well, there is a chance of a permanent contract.
• 25 vacation days per year.
• 8.33% holiday pay.
