About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Mango. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for promoting the brand's image and maintaining the highest standard of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and approach customers with a cordial attitude and a willingness to serve.
  • Provide excellent customer service and possess good product knowledge to advise customers in an optimal and precise manner.
  • Serve multiple customers simultaneously and offer excellent service to all of them.
  • Be familiar with sales targets and aim to achieve and exceed them, individually and as a team.
  • Provide support by maintaining an optimal store image that is attractive to customers at all times.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is a vibrant outgoing person and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm to represent the brand through the delivery of excellent customer service in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
