About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at DSV in Venlo. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our warehouse operations to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 10-25 colleagues to achieve operational excellence and meet production standards, time requirements, and quality standards.
  • Identify and address deviations and disruptions in tasks, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving logistics processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of proven leadership experience with employees from diverse cultures and language areas.
  • Experience in a logistics (3PL) environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Ability to work in shifts or a 2-shift schedule, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a good command of the English language in both speech and writing.
