Main Objectives
The Wholesale & Travel Retail Operations Intern will be part of the Wholesale & Travel Retail Department, which operates from the head office in Amsterdam. The Wholesale & Travel Retail team is responsible for defining the strategy and development of the global Wholesale & Travel Retail business, while providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the weekly Wholesale & Travel Retail Newsletter
- Support the Sales, Operations & Execution (S&OE) process
- Monitor sales data and provide insights
- Organize events and handover moments in local markets
- Provide administrative support to the Wholesale & Travel Retail team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in Higher Education or University
- Proactive, independent, and hands-on mentality
- Experience in a branded retail environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management tools
- Cross-cultural skills and flexible approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Communicative and service-minded
- Independent and hands-on mentality
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
