At Team Blue Netherlands, we're looking for a Senior Commercial Controller to join our Finance Team. This dynamic and fast-growing organization requires a forward-thinking professional who can partner with diverse Business Units to enhance commercial decision-making and drive the business towards its financial goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial plans to support Budgeting and Forecasting Cycles, identifying and managing risk through solid Governance.
  2. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial operations, focusing on Vendor, Product, and Partner Profitability Analysis.
  3. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver accurate Financial Planning and contribute to the development of strategies to manage risk.
  4. Help improve commercial decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis.
