About the Role:

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a talented Digital Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing internal communications through digital means, engaging employees, and creating a sense of community within our multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Marketing Communications, to create and distribute internal content.
  • Maintain and update the company intranet, OurWorld, with engaging content and features.
  • Support the communication of strategic internal projects, including innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on change management and ensure stakeholders are informed and involved in various projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Science, Economics, Media and Culture, Marketing, Psychology, Corporate Communication, Social Media, or related studies.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in online tooling and editing programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and networks across the organization.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and creative problem-solver with a passion for digital communications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with a strong focus on team collaboration.

Important:
