We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our Brand & Creative team at Bloom & Wild. As a Senior Copywriter, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling brand copy that resonates with our customers and drives business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a brand voice strategy that aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Write high-quality copy for various channels, including product descriptions, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the Creative team to deliver best-in-class brand storytelling and visual content
- Lead and contribute to idea workshops, encouraging creative thinking and refining ideas in alignment with our brand values
- Work closely with the Product, Range, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure copy is aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate the translation and transcreation of copy, working with International freelance writers and Country Marketing Teams
- Adopt a test-and-learn mentality, working with relevant teams to design measurable copy tests and optimize communications
- 5+ years of copywriting experience, either in-house or in agency
- Experience writing for ecommerce or D2C brands
- Experience working collaboratively with creatives and designers to create work that inspires and engages
- Experience working with Figma and Asana (a bonus)
