• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Analyze maintenance costs and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation and reports to track maintenance activities and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
