About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Senior Manager/Director with expertise in growth consulting, loyalty, and promotions to join our team in the Netherlands. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients innovate ways to drive demand, expand margins, and unlock new revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across various areas.
- Equip account managers and sales teams with knowledge, materials, advice, and support to pursue opportunities within clients and prospects.
- Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help close new deals.
- Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners, to maximize growth of practice activities within our consumer industries portfolios.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge in one or more of loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, subscription/recurring business models domains.
- Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital, and innovative technology-focused across industry sectors (Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality).
- Experience in leadership positions or equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Willingness to lead people and help build a scaling practice.
- Proven ability to manage client consulting engagements and management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion.
- Sound business acumen, commercial, and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and advocate for diversity.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (business proficiency in additional languages is also desirable but not required).
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
