Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

About the Role:

Nutreco is a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions and animal nutrition. We are committed to 'Feeding the Future' through sustainable and innovative practices. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful effectuation of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate Supply Network Plans for specific product groups based on a 1-15 month time horizon, considering all relevant aspects of supply, including capacity, raw material availability, and formulation optimization.
  • Develop strategic Supply Network Plans for a 36-month horizon to identify potential supply constraints.
  • Prepare Supply Network Plan scenarios to determine the best option to maintain supply, considering total Supply Chain cost and Customer Service.
  • Establish strict deadlines with key contributors to ensure timely information for the Supply Review.
  • Prepare the content for the monthly Supply Review, including scenarios to eliminate or minimize the gap between Supply and Demand.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Technical Engineering, or similar.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable, relevant position.
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise in ERP tools, including functionality and usage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Infor M3 and DMP are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fair understanding of Manufacturing challenges and manufacturing performance leverage.
  • Able to demonstrate strong numerical capability with a passion for detailed analysis.
  • An inquisitive approach, able to identify risks and opportunities for appropriate follow-up.
  • Fluent in English.
