Crewing Manager Position

We invite you to join Anthony Veder's HR Marine team as a Crewing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning the efficient manning of our fleet, ensuring that crew planning meets the requirements of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting appraisal conversations with masters and chief engineers, together with vessel managers;
  • Actively contributing to crew development and improvement of working practices and procedures;
  • Recruiting new staff and associated recruitment activities;
  • Coordinating with manning agents to ensure effective crew composition and budgeting.

As a member of our HR Marine department, you will work closely with other teams to achieve our business objectives. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent relationship management skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree;
  • Demonstratable experience with analyzing data and reporting;
  • Good relationship management skills and knowledge of conversation techniques;
  • A good command of the English language (spoken and written);
  • Ability to travel to our vessels.
