About the Role:
Ammeraal Beltech, a leading player in the development, production, sale, and service of process and transport belts, is seeking a Commercial Administrative Support Specialist to support our sales team. In this diverse role, you will combine administrative tasks with commercial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Manage incoming orders, ensure timely and accurate processing in our automated system, and ensure correct delivery to our customers.
- Quote Management: Prepare, check, and follow up on quotes in collaboration with the sales team. You will work closely with account managers to provide accurate and timely quotes.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints about applications, quality, price, and delivery time. You will ensure correct handling to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Support: Support the sales team by providing customers with suitable advice based on their specific needs. This includes communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Document Management: Process daily correspondence, archive documents, and ensure accurate registration of customer data and orders.
- Sales Promotion: Sell and promote process and transport belts to OEM customers, ensuring that orders meet customer requirements as much as possible.
- Technical Advice: Advise on application technology, product application, quality, and service.
Requirements:
- MBO+ education, preferably in an administrative and/or commercial direction.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with automated data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Numerate and detail-oriented in administrative processes.
- Technical affinity and willingness to learn and grow in the commercial aspects of the role.
