Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a future-proof organization in collaboration with the Administrative Division Saba (OLS) and the department of Community Development.
  • Develop a recognizable program for individuals with reduced capabilities, guiding them towards paid work.
  • Provide labor market support with protected placements and an environment where appropriate work is available, with help and support for skill development.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in change management, with a university degree or equivalent.
  • Experienced manager with a strong track record in leading social development companies and participation programs.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent analytical and financial skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent social skills and a high level of English proficiency.
About the Role

This is a challenging assignment in a small team of professionals, offering a corresponding compensation package, including housing and mobility support. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up a sustainable organization within a year, working closely with the OLS and the department of Community Development.

Procedure

The procedure is guided by K+V and involves an introductory conversation, followed by a selection committee review and a final meeting with the responsible administrators on Saba. The goal is to complete the procedure in the early third quarter.
