Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mail Preparation Specialist to join our team in Assen. As a Mail Preparation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of mail and parcels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and prepare mail and parcels for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Operate mail processing machines to handle mail and parcels
  • Verify addresses and shipping details to ensure correct delivery
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve team goals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • No minimum educational requirements
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and motivated attitude
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English
  • Availability for at least 3 days per week, from Monday to Thursday
Working Conditions

As a Mail Preparation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity. You will be required to work primarily on your feet and may be required to work overtime to assist colleagues during busy periods.

Our working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your availability. You will receive a competitive salary of €13.68 per hour and travel expenses, even if you travel by bike or public transport.

For candidates between 18 and 20 years old, the salary will be adjusted accordingly:

  • 17 years old: €7.63
  • 18 years old: €9.28
  • 19 years old: €10.18
  • 20 years old: €11.08

If both parties are satisfied, there is a chance that you could be offered a contract with Olympia.
