Technical Manager/Assistant Technical Manager in LKS Cryo-EM Laboratory
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Manager/Assistant Technical Manager in the LKS Cryo-EM Laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the laboratory, providing training to new users, and offering technical support and advice to research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the LKS Cryo-EM Laboratory
- Provide training to new users and offer technical support, advice, and troubleshooting for research projects
- Manage document handling and prepare reports
- Organize events and seminars
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in Biology, Physics, or other related disciplines in science and engineering
- Prior experience in operating TEM, SEM, or Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) or management of core laboratory is preferred
- Self-motivated, responsible, good communication skills, and enjoy team work
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Competency in using MS Office
