About the Role

Marel is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our machining department in Boxmeer. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for preparing the machine for production and performing machining operations using a CNC-controlled machining center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the machine for production and perform machining operations.
  • Test CNC programs and create unique products/specialized customizations.
  • Perform first-line maintenance and inspect tools, products, and materials.
  • Advise, assess, and evaluate the reproducibility of products.

Requirements

  • Technical vocational education at least at level 2 in machining technology or similar.
  • Experience with 4 or 5-axis CNC-controlled milling machines and knowledge of Siemens control.
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts and hold relevant vocational diplomas and/or certificates.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and be part of a fast-growing organization and market leader in the food processing industry.
