About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Data, AI & Analytics team at Schiphol Group. As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing the commercial performance of Schiphol by designing and building dashboards that provide actionable insights to our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help our business stakeholders identify their functional data needs and explore available data to define and measure their KPIs.
  • Design and build dashboards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring they align with our architecture.
  • Develop dashboards that provide insights to support decision-making in performance management.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of your projects, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and work with experts from various disciplines to gather input or support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI specialist, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience building BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Fluency in DAX and proficiency in SQL.
  • An analytical mindset and experience working in an Agile DevOps team.
  • Experience organizing and facilitating workshops with business experts to gather information on required insights.

What We Offer:

  • € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Schaal 12).
  • A 13th month (year-end bonus).
  • An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.
  • The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
