We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Team Coordinator to join our e-commerce team at Lidl Nederland in Roosendaal.



About the Role


As a Logistics Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring error-free processes, improving our logistics operations, and contributing to a positive working atmosphere. You will work closely with your team manager and colleagues to achieve this goal.



Your Responsibilities



  • You will be present on the floor at all times to maximize efficiency and ensure that daily tasks are completed successfully.
  • You will serve as the operational point of contact for employees in the relevant department, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Together with your team manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock data for our items.
  • You will contribute to achieving quality and quantity objectives while ensuring safe working practices.
  • You will be involved in training new colleagues and helping them integrate into the team.
  • You will foster a pleasant working atmosphere within your team.


Your Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum education level of MBO or higher, preferably in logistics. Your excellent communication skills, motivation, and ability to empower your colleagues will be key assets in this position.
