We are seeking a talented Product Design Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our engineering group, you will design and develop customized perfusion set specifications and assembly drawings tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and hospitals to perfect your designs, troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, maintain critical data in our ERP system (SAP), and provide technical expertise across multiple departments.

A Day in the Life:

  • Design customized procedure pack (perfusion set) specifications/assembly drawings based on customer requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales or Hospitals to create the optimal design.
  • Resolve issues/problem solving during the manufacturing process.
  • Responsible for data setup and maintenance in ERP System (SAP).
  • Support multiple departments within Medtronic as a Manufacturing Engineering SME.
  • Support Complaint handling by providing technical analysis.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor / Master in Engineering or Management Science.
  • 1 to 5 years experience in Engineering.
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel);
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Comfortable with working individually as well as part of a team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • English in word and writing;
  • Basic Statistics.

Nice to Haves:

  • 2nd foreign language;
  • Technical writing;
  • Dutch speaking;
  • AutoCAD skills;
  • Presentation skills.
  • Experience in working with ERP systems/SAP.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working environment, annual incentive plan, pension scheme, group discount on healthcare insurance, training possibilities, and employee assistance program.
