About the Role

Picnic is a leading online supermarket revolutionizing the way people buy groceries with its affordable and sustainable app-only service. We're seeking a talented Junior Java Developer to join our diverse team at our Amsterdam HQ in our Tech Academy.

As a Junior Java Developer, you'll be part of one of our product teams from the start and contribute to Picnic's growth. You'll work on increasingly challenging tasks and projects, growing all the time, and collaborating with your colleagues.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • You have up to two years of professional experience in programming and software development.
  • You've done Java development and have the willingness to learn technologies to create systems at scale.
  • Your English skills are on point (no Dutch required).
  • You are available to start this position and are located in the EU.
