POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

As a Chef de Partie, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the quality of food preparation and maintaining technical data sheets.
  • Independently managing and coordinating all activities within your designated section, ensuring adherence to both technical and aesthetic standards.
  • Assisting in evaluating supply needs and overseeing inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Adhering to HACCP guidelines and safety protocols.
