At ASML, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Sourcing and Supply Chain Management department as a Quality Supplier Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the quality performance of our suppliers, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and delivery.
The Quality Supplier Manager is responsible for managing the quality and operational performance of a selected number of key suppliers. This includes working with suppliers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that suppliers adhere to ASML's quality management systems and processes, and for validating product readiness for release to volume operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality management principles, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to have experience in managing supplier quality performance, preferably in a complex high-tech industry.
