IT Production Support Specialist – Oosterhout, H/F

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Production Support Specialist to join our team at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Oosterhout. As a key member of our IT Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the invoice validation cycle, including the development of a workflow process and IT cost reporting via automation of processes and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automate reporting and monitoring tools, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Update and maintain assets in the asset management system to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collect and process materialization files during Global Key Surveillance Points campaigns.
- Implement and maintain Global Key Surveillance points by developing automated solutions and ensuring easy maintainability.
- Follow up on action items and plans resulting from campaigns, providing optimized automated solutions to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with the IT Governance team to establish and execute action plans related to IT Governance 6.1 deployment.
- Develop and maintain MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) for structuring meetings, including IT steering committees, IT and Cyber Risk committees, and team meetings.
- Ensure the fluidification of capacity plan updates, including the filling of consumed days in the time tracking tool, and collaborate with the PMO representative to make projections in the capacity plan.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure the follow-up of administrative tasks, including license management, contract annotations, and comments during review cycles.
The IT Production team at BNP Paribas Real Estate is a dynamic and welcoming environment that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Our team consists of:
- Infra team: 2 persons in Belgium, 3 persons in the Netherlands
- Technical Application Management team: 1 person in Belgium, 1 person in the Netherlands
- Functional Application team: 4 persons in the Netherlands

Requirements- University or school graduate with a specialization in IT engineering
- Significant experience (including internship and work experience) on similar missions
- Advanced level of English and French
- Master of Web technologies, query tools, Microsoft Windows Powershell production tools, middleware J2EE, Liferay Portal, Spring, and Webservices, and Java IT
- Adaptability and teamwork
- Communication, analytical skills, and rigour
