RF Matching Network Synthesis Engineer

About this position
TNO is seeking a skilled engineer to develop a space-mapping framework in Keysight ADS for matching network layout synthesis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RF and optimization, as well as experience with CAD tools and scripting.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate suitable circuit models for matching network layout synthesis
- Create automatic layout and EM-model generation
- Implement and test different space-mapping/optimization algorithms
- Apply the framework for matching network design based on electrical and spatial requirements
Requirements
- Knowledge of RF and optimization
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g. Keysight ADS) and scripting
- Ability to conduct research in a research environment
