Senior Claims Specialist Casualty

AXA XL is seeking a senior claims specialist to join its team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in law and at least 5 years of experience in claims handling.
The senior claims specialist will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling casualty and financial lines claims. This will involve determining the necessary information, initiating investigations, and analyzing and negotiating claims.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a firm reputation in the market. They will also be able to work well in a team and be eager to learn and develop within a highly professional claims team.
The job will involve interacting and cooperating with the international claims network and other core business functions. The senior claims specialist will report to the Benelux Claims Manager in Amsterdam.
