Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test complex mechatronic assemblies and sub-assemblies based on drawings and work instructions.
- Collaborate with the team to share responsibility for assembling the final product efficiently and maintaining high quality.
- Identify and resolve any disruptions within the team, actively engaging with the customer and making proactive suggestions.
- Initiate improvements in assembly and production processes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational education (MBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Aeronautical Engineering, or Instrument Making.
- Experience in a technical environment.
- A genuine team player with a proactive and flexible work attitude.
