Job Title: Production Worker

At Dujob, we are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in Lemmer, Kampen, Emmeloord, and Lelystad. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the installation of screw piles with grout, working nationwide in residential construction, non-residential construction, and construction works.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare concrete molds by cleaning and oiling them to prevent the concrete from sticking.
  • Place reinforcing steel in molds before pouring concrete.
  • Perform various tasks based on technical plans each day, making your work varied and interesting.
  • Develop skills to operate concrete pouring or finishing machines.
  • Participate in courses to expand knowledge of concrete and learn to read technical drawings necessary for the job.
Requirements:
  • Availability of 32-40 hours per week in a dayshift system (Monday till Friday).
  • Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Agility and good physical condition.
  • MBO level of work and thinking obtained through education or work experience.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch or English language.
  • Own accommodation.
  • Driver's license and own transport to the work location.
Benefits:
  • Salary ranging from €14.27 to €14.92 gross per hour.
  • 40 working hours per week.
  • Participation in courses.
  • Working hours between 07:00 and 16:00 (Monday till Friday).
  • Possibility of a permanent contract.
  • Holiday allowance of 8%.
  • 25 vacation days.
  • ADV allowance of 5%.
  • Reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
