We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in Oosterhout. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of glues and adhesives.

• Work in a 2-shift system to meet production demands
• Maintain accurate records and ensure workplace cleanliness
• Conduct visual quality checks and perform minor maintenance tasks
• Oversee all aspects of production and hand over work to colleagues at the end of each shift

• Full-time commitment to the 2-shift system
• Good working ethic and ability to work independently
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language

• Competitive salary of €18.65 per hour, including 4.4% ADV compensation and 14% shift allowance
• Year-end bonus of 8% of the bruto salary
• Daily complimentary provision of fruit and milk/yogurt, as well as an onsite canteen offering fresh sandwiches
• Mileage reimbursement available from 10 km one way, €0.23 per km
