The Role

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our company's transformation by preparing and conducting Lean process improvement events. Your primary responsibility will be to work with teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring a seamless integration of Lean principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare materials for Lean improvement events, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Present and facilitate Lean improvement events, utilizing data-driven decision-making and problem-solving techniques.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with departmental management to ensure timely implementation of process improvements and monitor progress.
  • Develop reports on overall Lean activities, including accomplishments, participation, and projected activities.

Required Capabilities

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in Lean principles and Kaizen facilitation.
  • Excellent administrative and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
