Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team at Yacht. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our compliance strategy, ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description:

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with our organization's risk management strategy.
  • Providing guidance and support to our teams on compliance-related matters, including data protection and risk management.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and monitoring our compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with our internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring that our organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our compliance program is effective and efficient, and that our organization is well-positioned to meet the evolving regulatory landscape.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
