About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our EMEA APAC team at Zero Motorcycles. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of motorcycle shipments and meeting our monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the motorcycle sales ordering and allocation process to ensure timely delivery and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate production planning, including making sales forecasts for the EMEA APAC region and steering motorcycle supply to meet market demand.
  • Provide regular sales updates to the dealer-distributor network and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Manage COVs documentation, adjustments, licensing, and communication with RDW.
Requirements
  • Commercial HBO degree or equivalent experience in planning, forecasting, and stock management.
  • International experience in bilingual Automotive, OEM, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS-Office - Excel) and experience with Sales Force and SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with professional English and Dutch language skills, both verbal and written, is a must. French, Spanish, and/or German is a plus.
  • Organized, attention to detail, and accuracy, with proficient administrative skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong team-player and independent worker with a no-nonsense mentality, stress tolerance, and knowledge of relevant applications such as ERP and Salesforce.
