Jump Trading Group is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our global finance organization in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our adherence to all relevant European regulatory requirements and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate submission of our European regulatory reports and annual audited financial statements. They will work closely with other members of accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, risk, clearing, and other back-office support functions to enhance our regulatory framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports, including COREP, FINREP, MSR, and MESREP.
  • Produce various annual filings, such as ICAAP documents, Recovery and Resolution Plans, and Pillar 3 reports.
  • Review and distribute daily capital and liquidity metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance regulatory compliance and financial reporting processes.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to other departments.
  • Develop robust improvements and controls within the regulatory reporting environment.
  • Prepare policy and procedure documentation in relation to regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of CRD IV and Investment Firm Regime.
  • Experience in producing COREP/FINREP reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
