You will be working in a dynamic environment at Olympia, a company that produces raw materials for the food industry. Our team works in small shifts, and the products we make are shipped to customers worldwide. You will be responsible for helping with both incoming and outgoing goods in our large and organized warehouse. You will be properly trained by the team leader to ensure a smooth transition and independence in your work. Our company culture is open and friendly, with opportunities to socialize with colleagues and enjoy free refreshments.

This is a full-time job in the afternoon shift, from Monday to Friday. Your day starts at 14:30, and you're done at 23:00.

Job Responsibilities

As a forklift driver, your primary task is to ensure that all products reach their designated locations. Your day begins with a brief meeting with the previous shift to discuss the day's plan. Your responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Signing CRM forms and managing administration
  • Moving products from production to the warehouse using the forklift
  • And the reverse process
  • Inspecting product quality and taking samples
  • Finalizing order preparation for shipment
  • Sealing pallets and transporting them to trucks

You will work in a small team within a large warehouse, with an independent and responsible role. You will often be found operating the forklift.

Requirements

To be successful as a forklift driver:

  • You should be proficient in Dutch or English
  • You should have experience operating a forklift
  • And you should reside near Peel en Maas, Deurne, Venray, Helmond, Weert, or Eindhoven
Work Conditions

In addition to a full-time job of 40 hours per week, you can expect:

  • A starting salary of € 13.68 gross per hour, based on age and experience
  • 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay
  • Overtime allowance of 25%
  • Travel allowance
  • Pension

  • Bonus based on personal performance
  • Permanent work and prospects of a contract
