About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the digitalisation of our core end-to-end processes. You will work closely with our Business Process Management department to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's or university degree.
  • 3-6+ years' experience in process digitalisation in the banking sector.
  • Affinity with business process management, operational excellence, and business analysis.
  • Proven skills in influencing, consultancy, and collaboration in large organisations.
  • Knowledge of (market) developments in the field of automation, digitalisation, and IT applications/tooling and/or providers thereof.
  • Knowledge of the IT infrastructure and capabilities of ABN Amro is considered a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean frameworks.
  • Willingness to contribute to a future-proof, sustainable digital processes landscape.
What We Offer
  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary will be based on knowledge, experience, and the potential you bring.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3.000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
