We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team as a Lead Java Developer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software products.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing software architectures and ensuring that they meet the requirements of our customers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are delivered on time and within budget.
- You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks and ensuring that our software products are secure and reliable.
- You must have a technical computer science degree and have at least 5 years of experience in software development.
- You must have a strong understanding of Java technologies and have experience with Java 8 and later versions.
- You must have experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- You must have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
As a Lead Java Developer, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced developers. You will be responsible for leading the development of our software products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be working closely with our customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that our software products are delivered on time and within budget.
