Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing and must be registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong. A background in clinical practice and research is essential, particularly with young children and their families. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is necessary, with fluency in Cantonese being an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial.
The successful candidate will engage with interdisciplinary teams across various universities and NGOs to implement a comprehensive, large-scale multidisciplinary initiative focused on early childhood intervention in underprivileged areas of Hong Kong. Responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including health assessments, educational outreach, data management, and administrative duties. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience, alongside annual leave and medical benefits. Fixed-term appointments will include a contract-end gratuity and contributions to a retirement benefits scheme totaling up to 10% of the basic salary.
