Quality Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and process improvement? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the achievement and maintenance of operational quality levels and certifications (ISO, TAPA-A, Business Continuity Management, IATA)
  • Manage and maintain quality management systems such as SharePoint, Peoplenet (SAP), and ISO9001
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and work instructions, and provide support to operations in adhering to these standards
  • Conduct root cause analyses for quality failures and prepare risk analyses to document potential risks
  • Inform and advise the Operations Manager through reports and improvement actions based on analyses
  • Prepare, guide, and support internal and external audits in collaboration with the Operations Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Work experience in quality management or application management
  • Excellent communication skills to mobilize the team to a higher level of quality
  • Project-based work and thinking in processes is a must
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English and Dutch language
