Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Cloud Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior on our website using visual tools, identifying opportunities for site improvements, and mitigating customer pain points. You will own the online customer journey, define front-end data definitions and metrics, and design and implement user tracking. You will also lead the experimentation agenda within the team. Formulate and validate hypotheses, and focus on wide-scale A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer behavior on our website using visual tools (Content Square) to identify opportunities for site improvements and customer pain points
  2. Own the online customer journey, define front-end data definitions and metrics, and design and implement user tracking
  3. Lead the experimentation agenda within the team, formulate and validate hypotheses, and focus on wide-scale A/B testing
  4. Collaborate with UX team to formulate and validate hypotheses
  5. Utilize cloud computing environments, such as Google Cloud Platform, to interact with cloud databases, data warehouses, and static data sources (files, buckets, etc.)
  6. Define and track performance metrics to capture customer behavior and site improvements
  7. Visualize metrics using Data Studio on top of Big Query on Google Cloud Platform
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to the team

Requirements:
  1. Experience analyzing web data and customer behavior
  2. Understanding and experience with experimentation
  3. Ability to own the online customer journey, front-end data definitions and metrics
  4. Experience in designing and implementing user tracking
  5. Proactive, engaging, curious, and self-starter
  6. Familiarity with cloud computing environments, such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
  7. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Data Studio
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with product listing and visualization of metrics using Data Studio on top of Big Query on Google Cloud Platform
  2. Familiarity with cloud databases, data warehouses, and static data sources (files, buckets, etc.)
  3. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  4. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, particularly Big Query and Data Studio
