Electrical Automation Team Lead Position in Vlissingen

About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the development of robust work breakdown structures, manage a small to mid-sized team of senior automation engineers, and ensure timely delivery of quality engineering work. They will also be responsible for coordinating technical support and commissioning activities, managing vendors and subcontractors, and conducting design checks and reviews.
Your Profile:
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in designing electrical & automation systems in shipbuilding, offshore, or industrial installations. Your expertise should include project management skills, leadership experience with engineering teams, and a strong understanding of class-regulated products and Good Engineering Practices. Additionally, you should possess excellent English language skills and permanent EU citizenship.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
