We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Sterilization Specialist to join our team at Applied Medical. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our sterilization equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install, maintain, and repair sterilization equipment to ensure it operates within specified parameters.
  • Use advanced mathematical and research techniques to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commission and qualify new equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, documenting all activities in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure products meet our quality standards.
  • Source and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with steam boilers, valves, pneumatic systems, and pressure valves.
  • First responder (BHV) certification and VCA Basic certification.
  • Proficiency in working with SCADA software and hazardous materials.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
