Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Recruitment Officer to join our team at SOA People. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the operations manager to define priority requirements for open positions.
  • Advertise open positions to external networks and consult relevant resume databases.
  • Execute a calling plan and qualify potential candidates, while being active on social media groups and professional networks.
  • Nurture prospective candidates and approach passive candidates when necessary.
  • Manage candidate data in our database and attend job fairs to promote our brand.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques to improve our recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar in a job agency.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Good decision-making skills and experience in recruitment, ideally within an IT or SaaS environment.
  • Language skills: Dutch and good English.
