ECCO Leather is seeking a skilled Finish Leather Technician to join our team of experts in developing high-quality leather products. As a Finish Leather Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our leather meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Finish different types of leather to the highest level of quality
• Formulate and create recipes for new leather products
• Run tests to ensure that leather meets quality criteria
• Collaborate with the Sales department to inform internal customers of results
• Work independently and follow instructions and regulations

• 5+ years of experience as a leather technician, gained at the shop floor level
• Familiarity with paint and similar chemicals
• Ability to set priorities and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Experience working with luxury brands is a must
• Proficiency in English language
• Ability to distinguish small color differences
• Availability for full-time work
