About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Analysis Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX, a leading IT distributor in Belgium. As a key member of our Reporting & Analysis team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our reporting solutions to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop standard reports, templates, and information on business strategy, sales activities, product marketing, profit, e-business, and more for the Benelux organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop reporting solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Optimize existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the team to implement new methodologies, tools, and processes in Europe.
  • Analyze business problems to find optimal solutions and automate business processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of data structures, business use cases, and data quality validation.
  • Support internal reporting to facilitate business processes.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Power BI, TSQL, VBA, Visual Studio (SSIS), and MS Power Automate.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and C# is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
