Gartner Consulting is seeking a highly talented Strategy Consulting professional to join our world-class Strategy Consulting Public Sector team in Germany.

As a Strategic IT Consultant, you will provide technology foresight and intelligence to senior leaders at Gartner clients within large Public Sector bodies based in The Netherlands (predominantly in Amsterdam and Rotterdam).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Provide expert advice on technology and digital transformation to senior leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and research
Requirements:
  • Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
  • MBA qualification desirable
  • Strong understanding of the Public Sector (e.g. Defence, Security and Public Safety; Tax administration and regulation; Social and Healthcare; Smart Cities)
  • Experience in one or more of: CIO Advisory Services, IT Strategy, Cloud Strategy, Applications modernization, Data, Analytics and AI, Sourcing and Contract Optimisation
  • Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
  • Experience of developing GTM strategy and active contribution to sales pursuits and proposals
