About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team at NIBC. As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our payment systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure NIBC remains competitive.
About the Team
You will be part of our Corporate Banking and Treasury IT (CBT-IT) Department, responsible for end-to-end IT support and development of applications for our corporate asset classes. Our team is based on Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Requirements
