Bike Technician Job Description


Decathlon is seeking a skilled Bike Technician to join our team in Tilburg. As a Bike Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bicycles are in perfect condition before they are delivered to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Unpacking and inspecting bicycles for any damage or defects
  • Adjusting and tightening brakes, gears, and other components to ensure proper function
  • Clamping and securing bicycles to the mounting pole
  • Checking and adjusting the entire bicycle to ensure it is safe and ready for use
  • Packing and preparing bicycles for shipment to customers

Requirements:



  • Passion for cycling and a keen eye for detail
  • Technical skills and knowledge of bicycle mechanics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work at least one day on the weekend
  • Availability to work in two shifts: morning (7:30-15:30) and afternoon/evening (15:30-23:30)
  • Valid visa or work permit for the Netherlands or EU
  • Fluency in English language
