Job Description

Job Summary

The PMO Team Lead is a key member of the ASML Program Management Office, responsible for leading a team of PMOs in delivering strategic projects and programs. This role combines the responsibilities of a Business Line PMO Product Group Officer and a Business Line PMO Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of 4 to 8 PMOs, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction, interpreting business needs into team deliverables and clarifying expected results.
  • Select and hire new PMO employees, supporting team members in their personal development.
  • Organize team and meeting structure to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Product Group Management Expert
  • Challenge the triple constraint to optimize business value, working closely with stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.
  • Implement and improve project standards and processes, ensuring compliance with ASML's project management framework.
  • Provide guidance during financial forecasting and proactively assist with regular financial management and reporting.
  • Connect, enable, and challenge stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Grow people and team competences, driving cross-PMO improvement projects and building capabilities for the future.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with relevant Project/Program/Portfolio Management (PMO) work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, combined with 8+ years of working experience as a PMO expert in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects, or ability to do so.
  • Preferably experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Context of the Position

This role is positioned within ASML's Program Management Office, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
