Wat ga je precies doen?- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Customer Journey van onze deelnemers.
- Je informeert de deelnemer over het proces en de benodigde informatie bij de start van de training.
- Je ontzorgt de deelnemer gedurende de uitvoering en weet vragen te vertalen naar oplossingen.
- Je maakt de planning rond met (externe) trainingslocaties.
- Je weet een optimale relatie op te bouwen en te onderhouden met je collega trainers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van L&D en Repro om ervoor te zorgen dat zij hun werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde termijn kunnen leveren.
- Je herkent commerciële kansen en weet deze op te volgen of door te geven aan Sales.
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding en 1 tot 2 jaar werkervaring in een coördinerende rol, planning of relatiebeheer functie.
- Je bent accuraat, doelgericht, eager en nieuwsgierig.
- Je denkt in kansen en mogelijkheden en weet uitdagingen effectief op te lossen.
- Je maakt makkelijk verbinding met mensen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met opleidingen en trainingen.
- Je bent gewend te werken met strakke deadlines en het leveren van een hoge kwaliteit.
- Je vindt het leuk om de verwachtingen van onze deelnemers te overtreffen.
